A bit more about me:

"Is she one of those people that has always been organized and clutter free?  She can’t possibly know what I am going through."
Well….
I know the frustration of “I have too many things!! Where do I start!?”
And, I also so know the excitement that recharges my batteries when I connect with clarity of the task at hand.

I know the grief that scared me into “quitting this stupid decluttering thing” when I let go of something I wasn’t ready to let go of.
I also know the ease of grief being honoured and healed by remembering the lost objects and bringing their memories forward with me.

I know the heaviness of keeping things out of guilt.
And, I also know the lightness of body and mind when I look around and see my curated collection of things that are precious and dear to me, and me alone.

My journey of befriending clutter began long before Marie Kondo brought her Spark to the world and before The Gentle Art of Swedish Death Cleaning became a top 10 bestseller. I learned through trial & error, tears & sweat, and mistakes & triumphs. I offer my skills and knowledge in hopes that I can prevent some of the bumps and scrapes that can stall or stop the progress of those embarking on lightening their loads and brightening their lives through the art of decluttering.

------------
As i am i am just getting this site up and running, I don't have a 'Decluttering Consultant bio" yet. So, for now, below is information about me as a Yoga Teacher. Many qualities and skills are transferable to my decluttering process.
This info might help you to get to know me and my style a little better.

Sheron's Yoga Bio:
In my late teens, I was drawn to a meditative pranayama (breath awareness) practice and then in my early 20's was introduced to asana (posture) practice.
I have been teaching & sharing relaxation techniques for over 30 years, and Yoga (posture practice, meditation, breath-work) since 2004.
I have been sharing my passion of yoga for 21 years, yet I am still in awe of the new things my students and I discover every time we step onto our mats. I love that I will never know everything about this practice. Knowing this keeps me excited, receptive and aware.

What might you experience in one of my classes?
Presence, trust, growth, peace, freedom, commitment, laughter, rebelliousness, curiosity and acceptance.
